Rooted & Rogue runs because women show up for each other. If you’ve done the work, you know the path, and you’re ready to help hold space for other women doing the same — we want to hear from you.
There are two ways to be part of the team:
Discord Moderator
Mods are the heartbeat of the Rooted & Rogue community space. You show up consistently, hold the space with grace, keep conversations grounded, and make sure every woman who walks in feels safe and seen.
What we’re looking for:
→ Someone who has been in the healing space — personally or professionally
→ Consistent, reliable, and steady under pressure
→ Can hold boundaries without being rigid
→ Genuinely cares about women’s healing and growth
→ Available to check in on the Discord regularly
This is a volunteer role with community access perks.
Community Mentor
Mentors walk alongside women in the Rooted & Rogue community who are newer in their healing journey. You don’t have to have it all figured out — you just have to be further down the road and willing to be honest about how you got there.
What we’re looking for:
→ Women who have done real healing work — not just read about it
→ Comfortable with vulnerability and honest conversation
→ Strong boundaries and a clear sense of self
→ Willing to show up consistently for the women you’re paired with
→ Experience in coaching, counseling, peer support, or lived experience
This is a part-time paid or volunteer role depending on availability and fit.
