7-Day Journal Challenge
Stop performing. Start telling the truth.
A grounded, guided challenge for women who are done living in survival mode. Each day you’ll get a prompt that helps you name what’s real, reclaim your voice, and take one honest step forward—without toxic positivity.
What you’ll walk away with
Clarity, boundaries, and a steadier nervous system—one page at a time.

How it works
7 days. 20 minutes. Zero fluff.
This is a devotional-style journaling experience: direct prompts, space to process, and gentle pressure to choose yourself.
Day 1: Name the survival role
Identify the role you’ve been playing (the fixer, the good girl, the strong one) and what it’s costing you.
Day 2: Tell the truth about your needs
Practice asking for what you need without apologizing for existing.
Day 3: Boundaries & becoming
Write the boundary you’ve been avoiding—and the woman you become when you keep it.
Day 4–7: Reclamation + freedom embodied
Move from insight to action: self-trust, repair, release, and a plan you can keep when life gets loud.
What women say after they write it out
Real shifts come from real honesty. Here’s what this kind of work creates.
